CHINA: It has been a risk off day in China markets as headlines that the US is
to proceed with the extradition of Huawei CFO Meng have weighed on risk. USDCNH
has extended recent gains to trade up ~0.2% at 6.8162 as neckline support turned
resistance comes back into play at 6.8475. Yuan weakness has reflected broad
based dollar strength as yuan crossed remain broadly flat on the day. 
- Chinese stocks are down 1-1.5% as the Hang Seng continues its downside
reversal after failing to take out the Dec 5 highs yesterday.
- Risk off sentiment has seen rate markets reverse earlier upside to trade down
on the day marginally. 10 year bond futures saw a bullish reversal off opening
lows to keep the broader bullish trend intact.
