JGBS: JGB's headed into the Tokyo close at 150.81, JGB's caught a bid after the
BoJ decision kept policy unchanged, but the vote saw an 8-1 split with a dovish
dissent. Futures dipped alongside Tsys during the US session yesterday despite
President Trump citing more sanctions on N. Korea and reactionary comments from
President Kim Jong-un.
- JGB Opening Call Barclays: 'Today could see weakness around the
short/medium-term sectors ahead of the liquidity enhancement auction for 5-15.5y
issues after bond futures edged lower overnight, but buyers could take the upper
hand in the superlong end with the supply-demand environment remaining
favorable. We expect the curve to continue to twist-flatten gradually.' 
- The yield curve looks to be setting up for the 5-15 Year enhanced liquidity
auction later today. The 10-Year yield is currently flat.
