JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon said that US delays to LNG projects were done for political reasons and called the position “wrong” and “enormously naïve”, according to Bloomberg.

  • The comments were made in his annual shareholder latter in which he said replacing coal with natural gas was one of the best ways to cut CO2 emissions.
  • “Our allied nations that need secure and affordable energy resources, including critical nations like Japan, Korea and most of our European allies, would like to be able to depend on the United States for energy,” Dimon wrote.
