  • U.S. consumer credit rose by USD8.9 billion in June after two months of declines, according to data released Friday by the Fed.
  • Outstanding revolving credit, reflecting mostly credit card debt, however shrank by another USD2.3 billion after falling USD24.7 billion in May.
  • Non-revolving credit, which includes student and motor vehicle loans, increased USD11.3 billion
