Kazakh Oil Flows to Germany Set to Slip to 100,000 Metric Tons in July

Kazakhstan is set to reduce oil exports to Germany via the Druzhba pipeline in Juny by 19% m/m according to Reuters reports from pipeline operator KazTransOil.

  • Exports are set to reach 100,000 metric tons this month, down from 120,000 tons in June. The reason for the reduction is not clear at present.
  • The company is also set to raise oil exports from the Caspian Sea port of Aktau to the Baky-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline in July to 140,000 tons from 123,700 tons in June.
