- The push has been led by Singapore and China, tripling volumes H1 2023 vs year ago into LatAm West Coast due to lackluster regional demand combined with a counter seasonal oversupply from the Wider Arabian Sea.
- Chinese gasoline demand is strong because of summer travel but refineries returning from maintenance are supporting supply.
