Libya Turn Away Vessel Involved in Israeli Trade


Libya turned away a crude tanker due to load from one of its ports because the vessel had previously been involved in trade with Israel.

  • The Proteus Philippa arrived near Melittah in western Libya two days ago according to Bloomberg and was due to load 600,000 bbls.
  • Libyan authorities expect the vessel to head back to Israel.
