LNG
The total estimated quantity of LNG on tankers that have not unloaded for at least 20 days increased by 16% last week to 4.59m tons as of July 28, according to Bloomberg estimates.
- Volumes at sea have been rising since a low in mid July but remain below a peak of nearly 4.83m tons in late June. The five-year seasonal average volume is around 2.08m tons.
- The estimated volume of LNG on tankers that have not unloaded for at least 30 days has also risen on the week to 1.86m tons compared to 1.75m tons a week earlier.
