UK DATA: London House Prices Stabilise in June 
-UK June London House Price Index +0.7% m/m, -2.7%% y/y
-UK June Nationwide HPI +0.9% y/y after downwardly-revised +0.9% in May
London house prices rose modestly between May and June, but still 
recorded a sizeable annual decline. House prices in the capital have not 
recorded an annual increase for the past 17 months, falling by a 
cumulative 5.1% from their peak in July of 2017 to May of 2019.  London 
prices have not endured such a long stretch of weakness since the 
financial crisis, when prices plunged by 17.8% between January 2009 and 
April 2009.
