Treasuries traded above 129-00 briefly Monday, marking an extension of the recent recovery from 127-00, Mar 2 low. The short-term outlook is unchanged and remains bullish. The contract recently breached both the 20- and 50-day EMAs, strengthening the current positive outlook. Resistance is at 129-04, today’s intraday high. A continuation higher would pave the way for a climb towards the 130-00 handle. Initial firm support is at 127-00.
