Maran Gas Vergina Potentially Heading to Northwest Europe

The LNG vessel the Maran Gas Vergina has left the Mediterranean and looks to potentially be taking its cargo to Northwest Europe according to ICIS vessel tracking.

  • The vessel is chartered by Japan’s Tokyo Gas and has a U.S. Cove Point Cargo onboard.
  • It loaded the Cove Point cargo 14 June and arrived in the eastern Med around June 26 but later turned back, seemingly unable to find a buyer.
