    • Junior coalitionist, Porozumienie, says may effectively block the legislation in the lower house, despite recent in-house strife that deprived it of several votes.
    • US embassy has also expressed its concern over the plotted tax as charge d'affaires Blix Aliu stressed the importance of free media for the condition of democracy
  • PKO CFO: "NBP's engagement in FX-loan conversion process is "not only necessary" but also sends "strong symbolic" signal.
    • Survey PKO conducted showed that 70% of its customers would be willing to sign the current FX loan settlement agreements, while 25% asked for additional calculations.
    • Supreme court still due to announce FX loan verdict 25 March
  • Pandemic uncertainty is still high and "in this situation interest rates shouldn't change, however, if the economy rebounds it's difficult to rule out the need to raise rates," - MPC's Hardt
