The European Central Bank's new monetary policy strategy will not influence the way the Danish central bank conducts monetary policy, according to the latest Danmarks Nationalbank analysis, though it could support the Danish economy indirectly by boosting euro area growth and inflation, while the ECB's symmetrical approach to targeting inflation means Denmark's economy may be less exposed to negative spillovers and interest rate fluctuations.
