BOND SUMMARY: MNI Sources report that China is seeking an extension to the March
1 deadline which triggers an increase in US tariffs on Chinese imports. 
- US TSYS have rallied slightly with yields <1bp lower from yesterday. Current
yield levels: 2-year 2.529%, 10-year 2.693%, 30-year 3.024%. The Mar-19 US 10Y
TSY futures trades at 121.27
- The Mar-19 JGB future trades at 152.84 at the top of the morning range.
- Longer-end bund yields are 1-2bp lower from the the morning highs. Seasonally
adjusted Q4 GDP came in a touch lower than expected, while there was a 0.1pp
beat for the NSA series.
- Italian BTPs are the main mover among the Big 4, with 1- to 10-year yields up
3-4bp on the day. The 30-year benchmark has lagged the sell-off, with 2s30s
narrowing to 313.9bps from 317.5bps.
- The 10Y gilt has outperformed the wider rally, pushing 2s10s down to 43.6bps
from 45.3bp.
- Euro$ futures are broadly flat/0.5 ticks higher.
