MNI, NEWS
MNI: Very little to note in early Asia-Pacific trade, with market activity
generally muted.
- President Erdogan's aforementioned ousting of the Governor of the Turkish
central bank over the weekend has left TRY as the major mover in the FX space,
although USD/TRY now trades well back from highs, last 11 big figures higher at
~TRY5.7400.
- Market seems happy to look through President Trump's latest round of comments
(which largely went over old ground) and the latest turn in the Iranian uranium
situation, which was largely telegraphed.
