US TSY/RECAP: Monday provided a quiet start to the week, with T-Notes sticking
to a tight range, on low volume, with T-Notes going out just off session lows,
as an uptick in stocks & USD pressured. Space largely followed USD/JPY moves.
- Yields finished higher in a largely parallel shift.
- No reaction to "old" factory orders and durable goods data.
- Focus Tuesday switches to Fed's Mester, who speaks in Asia-Pacific hours, with
services PMI & non-m'fing ISM also due later in the day. Participants also await
the results of the latest 3-Year note auction.
- T-Notes last 121.23, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yield closed at 2.724%.
