Muted Start Across G-10 FX

There has been a muted start across G-10 FX on Monday, ranges have been narrow with moves limited thus far.

  • Kiwi is marginally firmer in early dealing, last printing at $0.6130/35 up ~0.1% from opening levels. Friday's remain intact thus far.
  • AUD is a touch softer down ~0.1% however a narrow $0.6650/70 range has persisted thus far.
  • Yen is unchanged thus far, USD/JPY is in a ~15 pip range with Friday's lows intact thus far.
  • Elsewhere in G-10, EUR and GBP are a touch softer.
  • Cross asset wise; e-minis are marginally lower and 2-Year Tsy yields are ~2bps firmer.
  • Caixin Mfg PMI headlines the Asia-Pac today, a print of 50.0 is expected.
