NATGAS: Henry Hub Extends Decline Amid Warm Weather Forecast

Henry Hub front month extends the decline from a high of $3.019/mmbtu on Oct. 4 with a warmer forecast for eastern areas next week and lingering power disruption in Florida due to Hurricane Milton last week.
- Lower 48 natural gas demand is estimated at 72.15bcf/d today, according to Bloomberg compared to a seasonal average of around 67.6bcf/d. Lower 48 temperatures below normal this week are expected to warm back above normal into the weekend. The NOAA 6-14 day forecast has turned warmer for central and eastern areas.
- US LNG export terminal feedgas supply is slightly higher on the day to 13.41bcf/d today, BNEF shows.
- US domestic natural gas production was down slightly on the day yesterday at 101.9bcf/d, according to Bloomberg, but compared to 101.7bcf/d over the previous week.
- Export flows to Mexico are estimated at 6.7bcf/d today, according to Bloomberg.
- Nymex Henry Hub daily aggregate traded futures volume was 427k on Oct. 14.
