An NBC poll released today has shown President Biden with his highest approval rating since October 2021, suggesting that support for Biden is continuing to strengthen 49 days out from November's midterm elections.
- The NBC poll shows strong increases in approval from key parts of Biden's base since the last poll in August.
- 52% approval among women, (up from 47% in August); 48% approval among Latinos, (up from 40 percent in August); and 48% approval among 18 to 36 year old voters, (up from 36% in August).
- The FiveThirtyEight approval tracker shows that the uptrend in Biden approval has plateaued in the past week, currently standing at 42.3%, but is likely to rise again if the NBC poll is supported by further strong polling data this week.
