Nigeria’s Sep. Bonny Light Exports Set at Four-Year High

Nigeria is set to increase its loadings of Bonny Light crude in September to the highest in over four years, Bloomberg said citing a loading programme.

  • Bonny Light loadings are seen at 257k b/d in September, the highest since April 2020.
  • This compares to 189k b/d in August.
  • Forcados exports are set to rise to 288k b/d in September, the highest since December and up from 252k b/d in August.
  • Both grades in August may be affected by deferrals, but details weren’t immediately available, traders said.
