Nykredit Realkredit EUR benchmark SNP – we see FV around 115bp.
- Nykredit Realkredit is issuing a EUR benchmark long 5Y (Jul-29) senior non-preferred with IPT at MS+145-150bp.
- NYKRE trades fairly tight to Danske and BPCE (both similarly-rated) and note the Danske 3.785 ‘32s are relatively low coupon, marginally dragging the curve higher, we feel.
- On this basis, we can see fair value really tight to NYKRE’s curve, around 115bp (see graphic).
