ex. fuels and capital goods more than offsetting declines elsewhere. 
- Non-fuel import prices +1.4% y/y, largest gain since +2.0% in March 
2012. Import prices ex. petro +1.4% y/y. 
- Overall import prices were +2.5% y/y in Oct vs +2.7% in Sept. 
- Export prices flat and were -0.3% ex. agriculture. Agricultural export 
prices +1.9%.
