Off Session Highs

EQUITIES

European stocks / US futures moved sharply lower in early London trade, no particular catalyst seen and looks order-flow related.

Asian stocks closed higher, with Japan's NIKKEI up 378.28 pts or +1.7% at 22573.66 and the TOPIX up 32.62 pts or +2.14% at 1555.26. China's SHANGHAI closed up 3.722 pts or +0.11% at 3371.688 and the HANG SENG ended 488.5 pts higher or +2% at 24946.63.

European equities are mixed and well off session highs, with the German Dax down 53.14 pts or -0.42% at 12624.54, FTSE 100 down 17.73 pts or -0.29% at 6029.36, CAC 40 up 12.59 pts or +0.26% at 4895.97 and Euro Stoxx 50 up 1.1 pts or +0.03% at 3254.38.

U.S. futures are a little lower, with the Dow Jones mini down 52 pts or -0.2% at 26542, S&P 500 mini down 11.25 pts or -0.34% at 3282.75, NASDAQ mini down 45.5 pts or -0.41% at 11017.5.
