  • ISRAEL MILITARY SAYS ARRIVAL OF SUSPECTS, SOME WITH VEHICLES, WAS DETECTED IN SEVERAL AREAS IN SOUTHERN LEBANON, WHICH CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION - rtrs
  • This threatens to further worsen tensions in the region and is thus the risk remains that ongoing tensions could still escalate into a wider conflict which could disrupt oil flows.
  • A delay to the OPEC+ meeting until Dec. 5 is also supportive, adding speculation that the bloc is looking to guarantee a deal to extend the cuts further.
