OIL: Fire at Storage Facility in Russia’s Rostov After Drone Attack

Several oil product tanks at a storage facility in Russia’s southern Rostov region caught fire after another drone attack, according to regional governor Vasily Golubev overnight.

  • Firefighters were engaged in extinguishing a fire of 3,200 squares meters in Azovsky District the regional branch of Russia's Emergencies Ministry reported on Telegram on 18 June. There were no reported casualties.
  • Ukraine did not immediately claim responsibility for the attack but has carried out similar attacks previously.
