OIL: Kazakhstan Oil Exports to Germany Seen Flat in Sep/Aug

Kazakhstan plans to transport 147k mt of crude oil to Germany in September, compared to 148k mt in August, Reuters said, citing KazTransOil Sep. 3.

  • The company also said it would raise oil exports from the Caspian Sea port of Aktau to the Baky-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline to 140k mt in September from 117,390 mt in August.
  • Kazakhstan plans to send 1.2m mt of oil to Germany in 2025, maintaining the current volume of supply to the Schwedt refinery.
