RATINGS: On Friday, DBRS issued its opening rating to Slovenia and assigned an A
rating with Stable Trend. DBRS remarked "Upward rating pressure could result
from a more aggressive reduction in the government debt burden faster than
current projections, while downward pressure could be warranted if the downward
trend on debt dynamics reverses."
- S&P affirmed Netherlands at AAA, outlook stable
- S&P also wrote that the imminent "Greek Debt Swap Offer Has No Immediate
Rating Effect". However, it could "prove to be relevant if greater market
liquidity for its tradeable debt pushes down the Greek yield curve and allows
Greece to secure market access at lower rates"
