Pirate Party Calls For Dismissal Of Justice Minister

CZECHIA
  • The Pirate Party called on their parliamentary and government representatives to push for the dismissal of Justice Minister Pavel Blazek due to his meeting with controversial lobbyist Martin Nejedly accused of pro-Russian sentiments. Blazek claimed that the meeting was accidental, while Prime Minister Petr Fiala said that he received a "yellow card" for the incident but refrained from sacking his close party ally. Pirate leader Ivan Bartos continues to insist that the final decision sits with Prime Minister Fiala and his party.
