POLAND: Gov't To Appoint Off'l For Coordinating Post-Flood Reconstruction

- Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that he would appoint a special representative for the reconstruction after floods. A formal announcement will be made by noon. Separately, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that the EU will allocate up to EUR10bn to help central and eastern European countries with handling the damage inflicted by widespread floods.
