Primorsk ULSD Exports Set to Slip 16.4% m/m in August

Russian ULSD exports from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk are set to slip 16.4% m/m in August to 1.17mn metric tons according to Reuters sources.

  • July was set at 1.4mn tons.
  • Russia’s Novak recently said Russia’s diesel market is stable and exports would not be banned like gasoline.
