Quarantine Decree To Be Postponed By One Week

  • Brazil’s government will postpone by one week the beginning of a decree requiring proof of vaccination against Covid-19 for foreign travelers arriving to Brazil, CNN Brasil reports, citing Health Ministry’s Executive Secretary Rodrigo Cruz. (Bloomberg)
    • The 5-day quarantine requirement for unvaccinated travelers was initially scheduled to start on Dec. 11.
    • Decree will be published this Friday, according to CNN Brasil, and rules come into force on Dec. 18.
