CABLE: Recovery off Tuesday's low of $1.3858 touched a high of $1.3940 in NY
before it drifted off toward $1.3900 into the close. Rate consolidated in Asia
between $1.3890/1.3915 with early Europe challenging both sides as it dipped to
$1.3888 before it bounced to $1.3916 without making any major impression on the
overnight parameters. UK Nationwide House Prices provide early domestic focus
though more more interest in today's release of EZ flash CPI with month-end
activity at the fixes to have more of a directional impetus. Bank models in
general suggest Usd buying to be seen at today's fixes. EU to publish its first
draft of the Brexit Treaty today with interest directed toward the
Ireland/N.Ireland border. Cable support noted between $1.3858/55 with
suggestions of stops placed on a break below. Resistance $1.3920 ahead of
$1.3940.
