Russia's Antipinsky and Novokuibyshevsk refineries stopped processing this month for planned maintenance according to Reuters sources. 

  • The 182,000 bpd Antipinsky oil refinery stopped processing September 17 while fuel supplies are expected to resume between October 1 and 6.
  • The 166,000 bpd Novokuibyshevsk plant stopped processing on Sept. 21 and is expected to resume processing between October 24 and November 8.
