EURO-DOLLAR: Retains an underlying heavy tone as rate struggles to perform a
decent recovery bounce away from earlier lows of $1.1425. Rate currently trades
around $1.1432. Short term tech traders have expressed an interest to move into
dips should the rate ease between $1.1420/10. Stronger support is noted into
$1.1400, a break here to place pressure on those proposed long positions. A
break to expose $1.1376(61.8% $1.1290-1.1514).
