Russian LNG Production to Fall to 30mn Tons in 2023

Russian LNG production this is year is expected at 30mn tons, compared with 32.5mn tons in 2022, according to Deputy PM Alexander Novak, cited by Tass.

  • LNG production in the first nine months of this year stood at 23.6mn tons, down by 4.4% on the year, Rosstat data showed.
  • Russia’s Energy Minister Shulginov said last week that Russia will maintain LNG exports at last year’s levels in 2023.
