Russian Pacific Crude Flows Hit New Record

Russian crude shipments via its Pacific Coast terminals hit a new record of 1.185mbpd in November, up from 1.122mbpd in October, driven by surging ESPO grade loadings, Bloomberg ship tracking data showed.

  • Kozmino ESPO grade loadings rose to 928kbpd in November, up from 851kbpd a month earlier. 38 tankers departed from Kozmino carrying ESPO crude in November, up from 36 the previous month
  • Shipments to India, including those waiting on vessels for STS transfer off Yeosu, rose to 238kbpd last month, up from 229kbpd in October.
