Russian Product Exports "Surge 1.5 Fold": Vladimir Ivan

Russian exports of products in the fuel and energy complex are stable in volume terms, and they have grown substantially in monetary terms owing to the market conditions according to a televised interview with Vladimir Ivin, deputy head of the Federal Customs Service.

  • "I will say this. When considering our main exports, fuel and energy products, then the dynamics here are slightly mixed in value terms and in volume terms. We are in principle at the level of last year in volume terms. Regarding exported volumes in value terms, in U.S. dollars, then we are of course in a solid plus when accounting for the rise in energy prices, and our exports of the products have surged more than 1.5-fold," he said.
