S&P Futs Nearing All-Time High

We've seen a sharp rally across global equities so far Tuesday, with the S&P emini notably nearing the all-time intraday high (3,397.50).

  • Asian stocks closed mixed (Japanese markets back from holiday), with Japan's NIKKEI up 420.3 pts or +1.88% at 22750.24 and the TOPIX up 39.22 pts or +2.54% at 1585.96. China's SHANGHAI closed down 38.962 pts or -1.15% at 3340.29 and the HANG SENG ended 513.25 pts higher or +2.11% at 24890.68.
  • European equities are higher, with the German Dax up 314.33 pts or +2.48% at 13001.33, FTSE 100 up 133.47 pts or +2.21% at 6184.6, CAC 40 up 124.33 pts or +2.53% at 5032.31 and Euro Stoxx 50 up 80.51 pts or +2.47% at 3339.81.
  • U.S. futures are gaining too, with the Dow Jones mini up 281 pts or +1.02% at 27959, S&P 500 mini up 23.25 pts or +0.69% at 3376.25, NASDAQ mini up 69.25 pts or +0.63% at 11142.75.
