As of July 16, monthly average Saudi crude loadings were down -267 kb/d versus June according to Petro Logistics.
- The drop is significant, but not yet at the magnitude of additional July unilateral 1 mb/d cut (to 9 mb/d production) Saudis stated.
- It is still too early to gauge the impact of the cuts – especially if volumes are coming out of storage.
