Russia’s Gazprom has shipped a second LNG cargo from its Baltic Sea Portovaya terminal to Spain according to LSEG.

  • The tanker, the Cool Rover is discharging in the Spanish port of Bilbao at the BBG LNG terminal. The first Portovaya terminal LNG cargo to Spain was shipped last month.
  • Most LNG cargoes from the plant have been sent to Turkey or Greece, while three were shipped to China. The plant opened in September 2022.
