insurance guarantee scheme intended to stave off a withdrawal of coverage across
several sectors of the economy. The scheme "could involve the government
'backstopping' large numbers of insurance contracts for the duration of the
coronavirus pandemic", Sky reports citing City sources, with a bill that could
