Snapshot: USDMXN Extends Above 20.00 Amid Broad Greenback Strength

LATAM
  • LatAm Snapshot: In a delayed reaction to the broad dollar strength, USDMXN extends above 20.00 mark set to close outside the 19.80-20.00 range for the first time in nine trading days. Notable weakness in CLP and COP, potentially arising from stronger dollar/higher U.S. yields as well as the marked shift higher in local swaps curves. Monday will bring us Mexico CPI and Chilean Trade Data.
