BONDS: Some Demand for French OAT in the past few minutes

BONDS
  • There's some demand in French OAT Futures, was just bought in around 2k, couple of cumulative Clips.
Latest headline that Marcon is said to shorten his Polish Trip may have provided some Fast Money demand.
  • Not seen any other headlines or new news, seems mostly order flow driven, with very little movement in Bund, and a lack of Momentum in OATs.
  • The price action is helping the OAT/Bund spread slightly tighter, albeit by a small 1.2bps, but is nonetheless below Monday's print, lowest since the 20th November.
  • Main support in the spread will be back at the 71.86/71.39bps area, the respective November and October lows .
