NORTH KOREA: Some unconfirmed chatter that North Korea are preparing for another

ICBM, there were reports from CBS earlier in the week that North Korea could be

preparing for another ICBM test later this week or next week. CBS cited activity

at the site where the last ICMB test took place in November. 

- US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said that the US were aware of the rumours

and would take tougher steps against North Korea if this were the case referring

to recent sanctions.

- The risk off impact of these tests has diminished recently, no reaction seen

at the moment, USD/JPY up 4 pips at 112.78, JGB's opening slightly higher up 4

ticks at 150.77.
