EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Spain comes to the Eurozone T-bill issuance market
Tuesday with re-opening of a 6-month May 11, 2018 Letra and issue of a new
12-month Nov 16, 2018 Letra for between E5.5-E6.5bln. Issuance is now estimated
to total E14.3bln versus E16.605bln issued last week.
- SUPPLY: Still to come this week, on Wednesday Portugal re-open 6-month May 18,
2018 T-bill and issue a new 12-month Nov 16, 2018 T-bill for a combined amount
of between E1.25-E1.50bln.
- RECAP: To recap issuance so far this week, on Monday Germany allotted
E1.322bln in a new 6-month Bubill. In the afternoon France allotted E2.795bln in
tap of 3-month BTF, E1.194bln of a 6-month BTF and E1.496bln of a new 12-month
BTF.
- REINVESTMENT FLOWS: T-bill redemptions this week are due from France
E6.446bln, Germany E2.0bln, Spain E7.243bln, Italy E6.0bln and Portugal
E2.197bln, turning net cash flow negative to the tune of E9.58bln vs +E3.5bln
last week.
