Spain’s Sagunto LNG Terminal Reloaded Two Cargoes

Spain’s Sagunto LNG terminal has reloaded two cargoes in recent days according to ICIS, indicating Europe is still comfortably supplied at the start of the winter heating season.

  • The Trader IV reloaded first and is heading east towards the Suez Canal for Asia. The Cadiz Knutsen followed up and is heading west to Puerto Rico.
  • Spain may need to block LNG arrivals as the country’s regasification tanks are nearly at 100% full, TSO Enagas said Friday.
  • Iberian LNG imports on 1-11 November stood at 55.5mcm/d, compared with an average of 57.7mcm/d in October, Bloomberg data showed.
