EGB SUMMARY: Spreads have remained largely unch today with little
European-centric news moving the markets. The main driver continues to be
US-China trade concerns.
- EGBs have come off of their highs seen in the morning with 10y Bund yields
hitting lows of -0.536% around 8:00BST, but at the time of writing rising to
-0.514%. This would still be a record low close for yields.
- Services PMIs did little to move the market this morning.
- Bund futures are up 0.50 today at 176.32 with 10y Bund yields down -2.3bp at
-0.520% and Schatz yields down -1.9bp at -0.813%.
- BTP futures are up 0.16 today at 139.98 with 10y yields down -1.4bp at 1.526%
and 2y yields up 0.6bp at 0.006%.
- OAT futures are up 0.33 today at 168.13 with 10y yields down -1.1bp at -0.251%
and 2y yields down -2.3bp at -0.737%.
