CABLE: Sterling's continued decline has got the pair looking to make a test on
the $1.38 handle which, if broken, would open up a move down toward the 61.8%
Fib level for the January rally ($1.3458-1.4345). This could provide some
support going forward but the dollar's likely to liven up the pair with just
over two hours until the Wall Street opening bell.
