US TSYS: T-Notes continue to operate just shy of Friday's settlement levels,
with yields unchanged to 0.7bp higher across the curve.
- Market moves remain limited in the wake of the President's Day holiday, with
confirmation that China's top trade envoy, Liu He, will visit Washington on
February 21-22 i.e. on Thursday & Friday.
- White and red Eurodollar contracts trade unchanged to 2.0 ticks higher than
Friday's settlement after the front end drew support from Monday's 3-Month USD
LIBOR fixing, which set ~4.0bp lower.
- T-Notes last 122.00, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last 2.670%.
