EURO-DOLLAR: Takes a slight knock from the release of flash PMI data from France
with headline Mfg data missing forecast (50.3 vs 51.5 expected and 51.7 last).
Rate was retreating away from its traded high of $1.1151 and dropped to $1.1134
but quickly attracted demand into the dip. France services PMI came in above
expectations at 52.4 (52.1 forecast, 52.2 last) leaving flash Composite to come
in at the expected level of 52.0. Rate has recovered to $1.1143 as market awaits
Germany flash PMI data on the half hour.
